Deep ruby red color, bright with garnet reflections. Intense, persistent nose, with a marked character of vanilla, tobacco and ripe fruit such as blueberries and cherries in alcohol. On the palate it is dry, tasty, very warm, with an enveloping texture, good tannins and excellent taste persistence.

Pairings: Baked fish dishes, more mature with
truffle dishes, bag of lamb, typical Maremma dish, grilled meats and aged pecorino.
