Eric Bordelet's Sidre Brut is an authentic artisan cider from Normandy, France. Produced from a selection of old apple varieties, it displays a golden yellow color and intense aromas of fresh apple, citrus, and floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, sparkling, and lively, with 5% vol. Ideal with pork, cheeses, and crêpes, served between 8-10℃.
