Doro Princic Sauvignon is a dry white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, made from 100% Sauvignon grapes. It displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and intense aromas of elderflower and grapefruit. Fresh, savory, and balanced, it ages in steel and pairs splendidly with fish and fresh cheeses, served at 10-12℃.
