The Dornach Patrick Uccelli Louis Pinot Noir is a still red wine from Alto Adige, 100% Pinot Noir. Pale ruby color, offering elegant aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it's fresh, harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in stainless steel and barriques, it pairs well with white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
