Donna Franca – Ansaldi Cuvée di Famiglia is a Classic Method Brut sparkling wine from Sicily. Made from Chardonnay and Nerello Mascalese, it ages for at least 24 months on lees. It presents a bright straw yellow with fine perlage, offering aromas of citrus and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and elegant. Excellent as an aperitif or with raw seafood.
