Domaine Derain's Pommard Les Petits Noizons is a red Burgundy wine from France, crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. It displays a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, undergrowth, sweet spices, and mineral notes. On the palate, it's elegant and structured, with fine tannins, good acidity, and a persistent, fruity, mineral finish. Aged in oak barrels for 12-18 months then in bottle, it pairs ideally with red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
