Sole Dei Padri by Spadafora is a Pantelleria DOC Passito, an icon of Sicily. Produced from sun-dried Zibibbo grapes, it enchants with an intense golden amber color. The nose offers intense aromas of raisins, figs, and honey. On the palate, it is sweet, soft, and persistent, with an alcohol content of around 14% vol. Ideal with dry pastries or blue cheeses, it is served at 10-12℃ in a dessert wine glass.
