AMACOS - Frascati Superiore DOCG Riserva, more full-bodied and mature dell '"Abelos" reports strongly to the tradition, but with a "wisdom of expression" that only wines with great body can do. Union imbued with greater maturity of the fruit.
Grapes: Malvasia di Candia 90%, 10% Trebbiano. Yield: 90 quintals Average age of vines: 35-40 years.
Terrain: volcanic mineral. Ageing 6 months in oak barrels and the same number in the bottle.
Brilliant straw yellow. Smell sweet and intense notes of acacia and lime, ripe peach on a honeyed. Full flavor and balanced in its components, clean finish.
