Full-bodied, elegant, persistent taste with integrated tannins and a long finish. 14.5% Vol. Serve at 18-20°C in a large glass. Excellent with red meats, game, aged cheeses. Ages minimum 2 years in large oak barrels, followed by bottle, with great aging potential. Winemaking with stainless steel fermentation and long maceration.
