100% historical San Martino grapes, carefully selected bunches that are harvested at the perfect moment of ripeness. Citron yellow in colour, this wine tends towards golden if aged. It has an intense nose, with a prominent aroma of camomile, and notes of white flowers. This wine has an unmistakable fresh flavour with a pleasant finish characterised by almonds. It is apparently simple, but in reality remains in the mouth. Excellent with hors d’oeuvres, all types of pasta, risottos, freshwater fish main courses, eggs with asparagus, and veal with tunny sauce.
