Caven's Inferno Valtellina Superiore Riserva 'al Carmine' is an elegant Nebbiolo from Lombardy. It displays an intense garnet red color, with complex aromas of red fruits, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it is warm, robust, with harmonious tannins and a long, persistent finish. It ages extensively in wood and bottle, offering great structure. Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 18–20℃.
