The Castello Monsanto Fabrizio Bianchi Chardonnay Collezione is a dry Tuscan white wine, 100% Chardonnay. It presents a bright straw yellow color and an intense aroma of exotic fruits, citrus, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, fresh, and mineral, with a long finish. Aged in barriques and served at 10-12°C, it pairs well with fish and aged cheeses.

Bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
Bouquet
Intense and complex. Notes of exotic fruits, citrus, butter, vanilla, mineral nuances and toasted hazelnut.
Taste
Full, enveloping, fresh and mineral. Excellent structure and balanced acidity, long fruity and spicy finish.
Alcohol content
13.5% vol.
Type of glass
Large glass for important white wines (Burgundy type).
Pairings
Baked noble fish, shellfish, truffle dishes, delicate white meats, aged cheeses.
Refinement
In French oak barriques (9-12 months), then in bottle.
Vinification
Soft pressing, fermentation in barriques (new and used), partial malolactic fermentation.
