L'Apparita 2006 by Castello di Ama, a pure Merlot from Tuscany. Intense ruby color, complex aroma of wild berries and spices. Full, enveloping taste with silky tannins and a long finish. Aged in barriques, it pairs with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 18°C.
