Castello Dei Rampolla Sammarco 1990, an IGT Toscana, is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Merlot. It presents an intense ruby red color with complex aromas of red fruits, spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it's structured, elegant, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish. With 13.5% vol., it requires a large glass. Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, it's aged in barriques and served at 18-20°C.
