good heat storage capacity. St. Josef at Lago di Caldaro: 230 m above sea-level, on sandy-clay soils of medium difficulty with warm microclimate.

Characteristics:
Pale yellow with easy greenish reflexes characterizes the colour. The typical flavours of mint, fine white garden roses as well as Lychees discreetly and more exotically entice the nose in the background. This wine is pleasantly agreeable at the palate, with much glaze and a fine acidity and lingers on the palate with good length.
