Vinification: it is carried out in steel tanks, with the capped system, and with the maceration of the marc for 10 to 15 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled and maintained at around 26-28 ° C. At the end of fermentation, part of the wine is placed in barrels for 10/12 months. At the end of the refinement, the cut is made with the remaining part in steel. This choice allows the final result to be a structured wine but not too aggressive from the point of view of the extraction of tannins derived from the wood.

Intense ruby ​​red color with light touches of wood, nuts and spicy notes. Fresh and penetrating flavor with pleasant softness with a musky aftertaste.

Pairings: Main dishes and cured cheeses, but it can also be a pleasant accompaniment to elaborate appetizers or fine sausages.
