Cascina Galletto's Alta Langa Spumante is a Brut DOCG made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It displays a bright straw yellow color with fine perlage. The nose offers floral notes and bread crust, while the palate is fresh, creamy, and persistent. Aged for over 30 months on lees. Excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
