Vinification and aging: the harvest began in early October, the grapes were pressed and destemmed. Fermentation was carried out in concrete vats for about two weeks with the hat emerging with manual pumping over. Aging begins in large French Limousine oak barrels, after about 20 months it is bottled and left to rest before going on the market.

Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Complex and wide bouquet with notes of violet, jam, nutmeg and undergrowth. In the mouth it is full and velvety, with good balance.
