Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color with a tendency to dark. On the nose, the wine has floral notes, sometimes still vinous and with hints of fresh fruits such as plum, cherry and raspberry, herbaceous and slightly spicy, all very well harmonized with the boisè, contributed by the aging in wood. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with good persistence, enveloping and pleasant in its freshness.

Pairings: Excellent with vegetable, pasta and bean soups, risotto with osso bucco and cotechino with lentils.
