An excellent Trentodoc Brut, the Zell Magnum from Cantina Sociale Trento is a Classic Method 100% Chardonnay. It presents a brilliant straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of bread crust, citrus, and ripe fruit. On the palate, it's fresh, savory, and harmonious, with an elegant structure and a persistent finish. Aged for at least 36 months on its lees. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes. Serve at 6-8°C.
