Vinification and maturation
Tendentially late harvest with a medium-long maceration in the presence of the skins, storage in vitrified cement tanks where the malolactic fermentation is completed. Aging: In stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes
More or less intense ruby red with violet nuances tending to garnet red if aged. The nose is delicately vinous, fruity with hints of ripe red fruit.
