The Chardonnay Kleinstein from Cantina Bolzano is an elegant white wine from Alto Adige, Italy. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it displays a brilliant straw yellow color and offers fruity aromas of apple, banana, citrus, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and mineral, with good structure and persistence. Aged partly in steel and partly in tonneaux on lees, it is ideal with fish dishes and white meats, served at 10-12°C. Its alcohol content is 13% vol.
