The Giulio Ferrari Collezione 2004 is a Trentodoc of rare magnificence, 100% Chardonnay. It presents a brilliant golden yellow color and very fine perlage. The nose is extremely complex, with notes of toasted bread, dried fruit, honey, and spices. On the palate, it is rich, elegant, and creamy, with exceptional persistence. Aged over 15 years on lees, it is perfect for caviar, oysters, and aged cheeses, served at 8-10℃ in a tulip glass.
