Bruno Rocca Barbaresco Rabajà 1997 is a still red DOCG wine from Piedmont, made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes. It presents an intense garnet red color with orange reflections. The bouquet is complex, ethereal, with notes of withered rose, violet, licorice, spices, truffle, and undergrowth. On the palate, it is structured, elegant, with mature and velvety tannins, great persistence, and aromatic returns of red fruit and spices. With 14% vol., it pairs beautifully with important roasts, game, aged cheeses, and truffle dishes. Aged in oak barrels and long in bottle, serve at 18-20°C in a large glass.
