It shows an intense ruby color and a complex bouquet of wild berries, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured with elegant tannins and a persistent finish. It ages in large oak barrels and pairs beautifully with red meats and game. Serve at 16-18℃.
