The Bosio Franciacorta Boschedor, produced in Lombardy, is a Traditional Method Satèn made from 100% Chardonnay. It presents a straw yellow color with fine perlage, offering delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and persistent, with 12.5% vol. Aged at least 30 months on the lees, it is perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes. Serve at 6-8°C in a tulip glass.
