Vinification: The grapes are harvested in small crates. Pressing is soft.

Fementation: is in stainless steel at controlled temperature of 18 degrees. Fermentation in autoclave for 2 months

Food pairing: Excellent served as an aperitif. It goes well with meat, fish, appetizers and pasta dishes.

Color: pale pink

Nose: very fruity with hints of red apple, has a balanced acidity and fragrant.

Taste: Pleasant, fresh, fine and persistentecon an elegant aftertaste
