Biondelli Franciacorta Rosé Millesimato is a refined sparkling wine made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. It features a pale pink color and fine perlage, with aromas of wild berries and bread crust. On the palate, it's fresh, savory, and balanced, with an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. Aged for at least 30 months on the lees, it should be served at 6-8℃ in a flute. Perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes and white meats.
