“Belstar” is a Prosecco with a fruity scent and a floral bouquet enhanced during vinification by the protection of the must from the action of oxygen and by a light pressing. An extremely delicate and elegant Prosecco thanks to the great attention paid during the maceration, pressing and slow fermentation stages.
