Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Floral notes of acacia and wisteria, fruity with hints of green apple, pear, and citrus fruits. Delicate and persistent.
Taste
Fresh, savory, and harmonious, with good structure and balanced acidity. Pleasant and persistent finish.

11.5% Vol.
Type of glass
Flûte (Flute) or narrow Tulip glass.
Pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, pairs well with light appetizers, fish dishes, seafood, and delicate first courses.
