The Barsento Casaboli Primitivo Gioia del Colle Riserva is an intense Apulian red wine, made from Primitivo grapes. It features a ruby color with garnet reflections and a complex aroma of red fruit, spices, and vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, and velvety, with a persistent finish. Aged in oak, it's perfect with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 18°-20°C.
