Barsento W'heart! Bianco is an authentic expression of Puglia. Made with Fiano Minutolo, it presents a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a floral and fruity bouquet, enriched by citrus and exotic notes. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, with an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. Ideal with seafood and fresh cheeses, served at 8-10℃ in a tulip glass. Vinified and aged in steel, it is a truly pleasant wine.
