Pale straw yellow with greenish and golden reflections.
Bouquet
Delicate and complex, with floral notes of hawthorn, hints of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and a fresh minerality.
Taste
Fresh, savory, and vibrant, with a pleasant acidity that enhances the fruity and mineral notes. Persistent and harmonious finish.

Pairings
Excellent with fish appetizers, light pasta dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses, and grilled vegetables.
Refinement
In stainless steel tanks for several months, followed by a short period in the bottle.
