Armin Kobler's Klausner Grauer Burgunder is an excellent dry white wine from Alto Adige. Made from Grauer Burgunder (Pinot Grigio) grapes, it presents a bright straw yellow color. The nose is intense and fruity, with hints of pear, apple, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and well-balanced, with a persistent finish. Aged partly in steel and partly in large wooden barrels, it pairs wonderfully with appetizers, fish, and white meats. Serve at 8-10°C.
