Straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Complex bouquet of white flowers, exotic fruit, citrus, yeast, and bread crust.
Taste
Fresh, savory, and creamy, with excellent persistence and structure.
Alcohol content
12.5% Vol.
Type of glass
Flute or tulip glass for sparkling wines, to enhance the perlage.
Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, with fish dishes, crustaceans, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
Refinement
Minimum 24 months on lees in bottle, followed by further rest after disgorgement.
Vinification
Soft pressing of grapes, fermentation in steel tanks, secondary fermentation in bottle using the Classic Method.
