Alberto is a young passionate winemaker who has decided
to process the grapes from the small family vineyard into wine
to Mango, which has a couple of hectares and only two vines. In the vineyard
does not use any chemical, and even in the cellar the wines are
naturally produced without additives or yeasts. The style of its
two labels is very clean and precise, leaving full space to taste
more expressive and drink of Moscato (dry) and Dolcetto, for which
used only steel for refining.
