This product is made of acacia honey and San Gimignano saffron DOP and remains liquid. There may form some sugar crystals, but the product never fully crystallizes.
Only the saffron threads of the crocus flowers are used. They have a red-orange color and a slightly bitter and aromatic fragrance.

Ciao.. I visited Italy and the Il Vecchio Maneggio farm, and loved their miel. I would like to purchase it however I can't seem to add to the cart (something appears to be wrong with the web tool). Is there another way of ordering this?
