Preparation:
Fry garlic and chili in some olive oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms, cover the pan and let them cook for about 15 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and chopped parsley.
Bring water to a boil and cook the tagliolini for 2/3 minutes, drain and serve with mushroom sauce and extra virgin olive oil.
