Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 buffalo mozzarella Aversana
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Extra Virgin olive Oil from Castelluzzo
Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt. Place a slice of mozzarella between two slices of toast. Dip the toast into the egg.
Fry the toast on both sides in a pan for about 2 minutes, until the egg is cooked.
A delicious version of French toast.
