Ingredients:
- 200 g peeled almonds
- 200 g of sugar
Roast the almonds for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 ° C. Remove from the oven and mix with the sugar in a pan. Stir well over medium heat until the sugar melts.
Spread the mixture with a spatula onto a work surface of marble or granite. Let cool and cut into pieces.
If you don't eat every asap, store in a glass.
