Ingredients:
- 800 g fresh spinach
- 100 g Primosale Siciliano "Sapori del Sud"
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- salt "Oro di Sicilia"
- pepper
Cook the spinach in a little water for 5 minutes. Drain squeeze well and let cool. Chop coarsely and place in a bowl. Add the eggs, the grated Primosale, breadcrumbs and some salt and pepper. Mix well.
Butter small baking dishes and fill them for 3/4 with the mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Before serving, allow to cool slightly.
