Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Onde "Pastificio Gragnano in Corsa"
- 50 g Bitto DOP
- 50 g Caciotta "Caseificio Poma"
- 50 g Grana Padana
- A little butter
- 2 tablespoons cream
- salt "Oro di Sicilia"
- Nutmeg
Cut the cheese into small pieces and melt them in bain marie with some butter and the cream. Stir until you get a thick sauce. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Cook the Onde for 9 minutes until al dente, drain.
Mix the Onde with cheese sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.
