My name is Alfredo Iannaccone and I'm a journalist, food blogger and chef. I participated in the Italian version of the famous television series "MasterChef" in 2012 and arrived in the top 80 among amateur chefs in Italy out of 10,000 participants. Soon I will be attending the selection of the TV show "Cuochi e Fiamme" [cooks and flames] of the broadcaster "La 7".
I work very intuitively and am a true inventor - someone who works primarily with imagination.
For me, cooking is a constant search and analysis of all the dishes. These represent a history and a feast for the palate and eye. An imaginary trip becomes reality. I have invented the so-called "Cucina Vagabonda": I consider cooking a distraction as a fusion of various rare and high-quality ingredients. The dish starts as an idea, a dream that is dreamed with open eyes. The ideas walks through the heart to the hands and is then created in the kitchen as a blend of spices, traditions, colors, scents and innovations.
