ingredients:
- 250 g ground almonds
- 4 egg whites
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 piece of butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- icing sugar
Preparation:
Mix the ground almonds with 150 g sugar. Whip the egg whites with 50 g sugar until stiff and mix with the almonds.
Grease a baking tray and sprinkle with flour. With the pastry bag form small heart cookies in 3 cm from each other. Leave to rest for an hour at room temperature.
Bake the amaretti at 170 ° C for 30 minutes in the oven. Dust with icing sugar when they are still warm.
