Salad of fennel and fine Ribera oranges
Ingredients:
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 2 Ribera oranges (W. Navel)
- Extra virgin olive oil FRESCOLIO "Frantoio Cutrera"
- Chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Wash the fennel and cut into thin slices. Peel the oranges, also remove the white skin and cut into pieces. Spice the ingredients with salt, pepper, chopped parsley and olive oil.
