The Whalehaven Shale Summit Pinot Noir is a dry red wine from South Africa, specifically the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge region. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it presents a bright ruby red color and an elegant bouquet of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it's fresh, fruity, with silky tannins. Aged in French oak barrels, it's ideal with duck and poultry. Serve at 14-16℃.
