This Irancy from Vini Viti Vinci, "La Croix Buteix", is a dry red wine from Burgundy, primarily Pinot Noir. Its ruby color and aromas of cherry and violet precede an elegant, structured taste, ideal with white meats. Aged in wood/steel, serve at 14-16°C.
