Ventisquero Vertice is a Chilean red wine from the Colchagua Valley, a blend of Carménère and Syrah. It features an intense ruby red color, complex aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, it is structured, with ripe tannins and a persistent finish. It ages in barrels for 18-24 months. Serve at 16-18°C with red meats or game.
