Tasting notes: Deep ruby red color with blue and black flashes. On the nose, a marked presence of black fruits is perceived, reminiscent of blackberries and ripe plums, complemented with notes of spices such as paprika and black pepper. It is perceived voluminous, with marked and sweet tannins. Great structure and complexity, which confer a long finish with an aftertaste of fruit and toast.

Pairing: it goes very well to accompany meats with a good fat content.
