Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Elegant and complex, with notes of citrus, green apple, pear, mineral hints, and subtle nuances of yeast and brioche.
Taste
Fresh, vibrant, and mineral, with pronounced acidity balancing the creamy perlage. Long, persistent finish with fruity and savory notes.
